Attention All Scouts and Parents

The Advancement Table will be offering Boards of Review, Scoutmaster Conferences, and Skills testing at every Regular Troop Meeting. We will now conduct these operations every Monday by appointment only! Please contact Mrs. Campbell by phone oradvancement@troop205bsa.org for an appointment. The Appointment slots may be limited due to program time and manpower. So you must make an appointment no later than the Monday before you wish to have a Board of Review.

Here is what you will need to do:

1. All requirements for rank advancement complete and signed.

2. Scout Spirit Form fully completed before you ask for appointment.

3. Scout Reflections Form fully completed before you ask for appointment.

4. Schedule an appointment.

5. Show up at agreed time with proper Class A Uniform and above listed materials.

6. Advancement table will assign you to a Skills test panel, Scoutmaster conferance, and Review Board once you arrive and get checked in.

7. Pass your Board of Review and you will receive your Badge at the next regular meeting.

Exceptions to this program are:

1. Per Troop 205 policy all monies past due must be paid up to date or have arrangements in place to have paid.

2. Eagle candidates must request appointment two weeks in advance after being cleared by Mr. Blochard.

3. If your appointment can not be kept by either you or the Advancement Table for any reason, you will have choice of next available opportunity.

Please use the available 30 minutes at the beginning of the meeting (7-7:30) to conduct Troop business, make payments, receive/submit paperwork and info.

Meeting time may vary depending on content and attendance or guest speaker schedules. We do want the meetings to end at 8:30 sharp to allow Scouts time for homework and the service Patrol time to put equipment away. We should plan to depart the Church by 8:45 pm if possible.
